At Ladylu Designs, we want you to love every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns policy.

Returns Period: We offer a 7-day returns policy. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the tag still attached. Please note that any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error/loss will not be eligible for an exchange.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within the 7-day period from the date of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at  +27 68 483 1182 with your order details and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Refunds/Exchanges: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds but only exchange.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your exchange will be processed promptly.
